Highly Rated Dog Kennels, Cattery & Daycare

I would highly recommend Crowbank, we have used Crowbank for our dogs and cats. Our dogs are regular visitors and they genuinely love the staff and the kennels so much. You can tell that the staff genuinely care about the animals in their care, even our reactive dog is at ease here, we would never go anywhere else. In fact, we have rescheduled a holiday before just so we could use Crowbank. I think one of the most important things when looking for a place to board your animals is trust and we absolutely trust them with our animals.

We are fairly regular customers of Crowbank Kennel and would highly recommend them. Our dog Finn loves going there and we trust them 100% to look after him as if he is their own. We would have no hesitation in recommending them and have done to friends and family used them before we did.Emma

Really glad we came across Crowbank who took fantastic care of our cat Finn. We were really worried about putting Finn in to a cattery for this first time but the care he received was fantastic and the set up they had was absolutely fantastic and so spacious.

first time using Crowbank for our golden retriever Archie. He had the best time playing with his new friends. Staff were all amazing and super friendly with myself, assuring me that Archie would be safe and healthy here. We plan on using them again soon. I would highly recommend this place 🥰

100% recommend Crowbank. Brodie has been going since a pup for boarding and day care. He’s so well looked after by the excellent and friendly team. He loved spending time with his daycare buddies.

The staff are always very welcoming upon arrival & do everything they can for a smooth handover for our nervous rescue pup.
Since adding another rescue to our family we recently tried her out too & she got on fab. Cute pictures on their Instagram kept us updated & put our mind at ease. You can tell how much the dogs mean to them & take great care of the pups with lots of playtime!

Even when we recently struggled with car trouble picking up our dogs, Crowbank were amazing & organised a very last minute drop off for over an hour round trip & for that we are so grateful.

We’re not even that local but have tried a few spots before but Crowbank by far exceeds them being professional yet super passionate in what they do. Grateful to have found them.

My dog Lucy has been Going here since a pup and loves the play time and free running , I can go away and enjoy my break knowing she is having the best holiday too have recommend to friends who all say exactly the same the team are amazing 🤩

Kylar had her 1st holiday at Crowbank this weekend and had a great time. Can't thank you guys enough for looking after her and introducing her to her new pals! She is already looking forward to the young ladies club 🐾 x

100% recommend Crowbank kennels. 1st time we used them our dog Zak was crying when we left him. it was heartbreaking. Next time we left him. The young girl who came to meet us shouted on Zak from a distance and he ran to her incredibly happy to see her and didn't even look back at us and walked away with her like she was his best friend. There's no better way to see your dog is well looked after than that. The entire set up is so gd. From the kennels themselves to the feeding regime and exercise areas as well as the location for long wooded walks. We are so glad Crowbank was recommended to us. Fiona and her team were fantastic with our boy Sid. From being terrified to even go near anybody to going into the kennels for the week whilst we were on holiday, I can’t thank Fiona enough, what a brilliant team would 1000% recommend Crowbank to anyone.

My wee dog Daisy was so looked after, I was a little apprehensive leaving her this being her first time at kennels but couldn’t have been more settled after receiving an update on her during her stay. She was really fussy and not eating her own food, but that wasn’t a problem because the staff made her scrambled egg/steak/tuna etc. I cant thank the staff enough and 100% recommend Crowbank and Daisy will definitely be back soon,

Claire and her team are amazing, and it is clear that they are passionate about looking after our fur babies. I cannot thank them enough for looking after my cat so well, who can be very timid and shy. Olli returned home happy and content after 9 days in their care.
This is my first time in using Crowbank. Olli is timid and shy, and it appears that after a day, he settled in so well. Claire is definitely a fur baby angel, and her staff are so caring. Highly recommend.

I had my Westie stay at Crowbank in June and he loved his stay. The grounds are well maintained and staff are professional and passionate about animal wellbeing.

Cannot commend this team of dedicated staff enough. They clearly adore the animals in their care...Snoop has had the most relaxing mini break at the doggie equivalent of a luxury hotel and we have been able to relax too, knowing he won't have been pining for us in the slightest. Was a bit worried he wouldn't want to come home!🖤

Peppy settled in well,,was there for a week,first time we have been apart,,no issues what so ever,,,Peppy was cared for brilliantly,,settled straight back in wen we got home,,definitely recommend

Have been using this place for years for both cat and dog. Excellent care given and comfortable accomodations.

Being longstanding friends of Crowbank we would never choose anywhere else, always knowing she has 1st class care and indulgence. Millie is a bit of a diva but Fiona still tries to tempt her with a range of treats. We were delayed by weather but nothing was a problem.

Excellent service, they give the dogs lots of activities and attention during their stay.

Finding a kennel for our sensitive sighthound was a nightmare. After visiting other premises that left us a little traumatised this place was a total god send. They have a clear itinerary which involves plenty walks and even goodnight cuddles. Our dog seemed to love it, he even picked up a new favourite toy, the location looks really good with woodlands and a large fenced pen. All the staff seemed passionate about their job and raved about the time spent with our pup. Would really recommend!!

Best kennel ever found for our fur babies. Now we only book holidays when there is availability at Crowbank. Fiona and her team are passionate about each and every pet at the kennel and they make sure everyone is well looked after.

I boarded my 1 year old Cockapoo at Crowbank for 6 nights whilst I went on a short break. The staff here are so welcoming and reassuring.
I was very happy that he had been so well looked after. I will confidently leave him in their care again.

Great place our little Luna was just fine had nothing to worry about as her first stay at kennels went well.

Our dog loves his visits to Crowbank......although I'm getting convinced he beginning to prefer them to us.......The staff are friendly and care so well for all the animals.

My 5 cats recently boarded at Crowbank and all were very well taken care of. I used their collection and drop off service which was a godsend as I don’t drive. Eran whom I dealt with was lovely and put my mind at ease as I was anxious about how 2 of the cats would get on together in the cattery. He was kind enough to send me some photos of the cats who had settled in well. On return, the cats all looked well and appeared to have been groomed. My ragdoll in particular, who was shedding, looked amazing when he came home after getting rid of all his loose fur. I would definitely recommend Crowbank Kennels and Cattery to anyone looking to board their cat. I would not hesitate in using them again.

We initially used Crowbank as we couldn’t get a space at our usual kennels. Our two dogs have now stayed there twice and we wouldn’t think of booking anywhere else now. We picked up two very happy dogs today, they clearly enjoyed their stay! They were very well looked after, and when the staff handed the dogs over to us after their stay we had an update on how they’d got on. I’d highly recommend Crowbank, will definitely book there next time we go on holiday knowing the dogs will be in safe hands.

Our two Lhasa Apso, Temüjin and Hector, stayed at Crowbank for two weeks recently, it was their first stay there, and they seem to have had a great time. Our booking was a bit last minute and we were grateful that there was room for them when we really needed it.
The staff had an impressive walk schedule for all the dogs, we appreciated the occasional photos of our boys running around in the grass enclosure, and they seemed absolutely fine when they got home again.
The owners and staff were very friendly and obviously focussed on the dogs in their care, which was reassuring, and when we picked our dogs up, their blanket and coats had been washed, which was most appreciated.

We have just picked up our Weimaraner after a weeks stay at Crowbank and he absolutely loved it. He was well and truly looked after by Fiona, Eran and their team. The kennels are in a great location and our boy had plenty of exercise.
Will definitely be returning again as the level of love and care is excellent.

A few weeks ago we sent our boy Rex up for a sleepover to see how he’d get on as he’s quite shy sometimes. Well! He absolutely loved it!! Fiona even gave us recommendations on food and supplements to help our boy as he has a very sensitive stomach. We are kept up to date on how rex is while he’s there and our minds are at ease knowing he’s loved and cared for! Nothing is too much to ask and the care given to each animal is so personal and individualised. I can’t thank Fiona, Eran and the team enough for looking after our baby and going above and beyond!!

Fiona, Eran and their team were amazing from the outset. Being our first time leaving Arya & Sansa we were a little apprehensive. Our many, many questions were answered in a friendly considerate manner and this really put us at ease. It was clear to us from the moment we met them that Fiona & Eran are loving and passionate about everyone who comes into their care and this for us great to see, we knew our babies were in good hands!.

The team were quick to adjust our dates due to unforeseen covid changes and for this I'm very grateful. They took regular photos and videos and even made a birthday cake for Sansa for her birthday (thanks so much!).

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Crowbank to anyone who's looking for a genuine, caring and loving place to leave their furbabies. We will most definitely be in touch the next time we are travelling as I know they are in great hands.

Our Benji had a stay here as he would have been a little too excitable at our wedding. From the photos he fully enjoyed his stay :) the amount of walks he got through the day, general care, friendliness and professionalism of the staff I would recommend. They also managed to take him short notice for us when our other arrangements fell through, much appreciated.

Very welcoming staff dogs loved them, only problem was my dogs didn't seem to want to leave there. Would highly recommend.

I actually cannot believe how good this place is. I had put my two cats in, one being usually very shy and afraid of everyone, but the brilliant team had brought her out of her shell in a matter of days. To say I was shocked but delighted is an understatement.

Excellent service from this cattery. Our cat Merlin has a hip problem which is probably going to require surgery and he was looked after by Crowbank for a week. He could not have received better care and attention. Rate Crowbank 11 out of 10 !! Thank you so much.

Our cat Gus recently stayed in with Crowbank and we were really happy with how it went from the initial easy to use booking system to us picking Gus up. Fiona answered all our queries quickly and put us at ease knowing that Gus was happy and well looked after. Will definitely use Crowbank again and would highly recommend.

I booked my Benji (a rescue dog from Spain) into the deluxe kennels as I was so worried about leaving him as he is very timid, and was worried about him going back the way! But I didn’t need to worry at all. Fiona was so knowledgeable and professional! Fiona, Eran and the girls did a brilliant job in looking after him!! He came home a different dog and so much more confident around other people!!! They sent me regular updates and videos of him having the best time. I can’t thank you all enough for your hard work and dedication!!! Benji got a urine infection while there and they took him to the vets and gave him his antibiotics 😊 I mustn’t forget about my Nico!! He was the boss of the cattery and ruled the roost. They took great care of Nico and were very fond of him. He too came home happy and content!! I will definitely be using you again!!! Xx
